Had the best experience with Geek squad at Best Buy! Derek and Joe were great! They were very personable and informative. They explained everything they were doing and answered all my questions. They were able to fix my son’s gaming system easily and for less money then I would have paid elsewhere. Thank you so much!

I brought my father tonight and had appointment. We got there and didn’t wait long at all. The gentleman that did our appointment was Dante. I just wanted to say we need a lot more Dante’s in this world. He was professional, easy to talk to and helpful. He took his time and was wonderful. We hear way too many complaints not enough good. He deserves to get a compliment. I dreaded the appointment because in past we were rushed and no personality. I hope Dante gets recognition for his work and he sets an example of how people are treated. Keep him around, highly recommend him!!

Geek Squad was an easy, smooth experience . They certainly know what they are doing. Before I took my blank-screen laptop in, I got a call to make sure I couldn't handle adjust the problem myself without coming in. Wow. They finished the problem in record time. Highly recommend (this was the DeWitt. NY. Located inside Best Buy)

Buyer beware. We scheduled a service appt twice and the technician never came. They don’t keep parts in stock, so expect your service call to take much longer than anticipated. Very little respect for the fact that customers may have to take time off of work to be home for one of these service appts, which they don’t show up for. Buy local, stay away from Geek Squad!
