I brought in my 8 year old Dell laptop because it wouldn’t boot and was smoking! It’s not worth fixing since it’s so old, but I was interested in rescuing files from the hard drive. Nabil (whose name I hope I spelled correctly) was super friendly and knowledgeable and helped me right away. He tested the hard drive and explained what kind of device I’d need to access it. I was very happy with this outcome and would recommend this business to anyone needing computer help! It’s so great to have these guys in the area.

Nabeel rocks!! Patient and knows his stuff. He’s helped me with WiFi extender system, and even got my very old printer working again!! Three years ago in 2021, he added memory to and upgraded the OS on my MacBook Pro from 2014, and recently helped do a “data migration” from that laptop to my new one. He has helped with computers and printers in our home as well. I highly recommend him.

Whomever had answered the phone when I called (did not even have the decency to tell me his name when asked) was extremely disrespectful. I had called the shop 45 minutes before their posted closing time on google to ask a question about a possible repair for my laptop. The absolute second I mentioned I’m aware they’re closing within the next 45 minutes and I just wanted to ask a quick question the man responds “yea we’re closed already” (first full sentence he actually said to me throughout the whopping minute and 23 seconds I took of his time) and then proceeded to hang up immediately. Very poor customer service.

I brought a dying laptop in to be saved. A fellow gave me a same-day free diagnostic and estimate. I opted to get a new computer but will come back in the future. It is rare to get a free diagnostic these days. Just call before you head in because sometimes they do house calls and won't be in the store.
