I don't usually review anything other than food establishments, but this business deserves 5/5 no doubt. You have to appreciate the no bs, in and out service they provide. My iPhone 13 Pro Max had extensive water damage about 3 months ago, and had the "green screen of death." I thought it was donezo, but $212 and 30 mins later it was back to turning on and working like new. A great add is that if they can't fix your device they charge you nothing. Thanks a lot to this business!

Courteous, quick, and professional service. My phone in for a screen repair and they were very communicative about setting expectations on their services and timeline. Winter weather delayed parts shipment, which was out of their hands, and they communicated several times without me inquiring, updating me the status of shipment and repair. I would recommend them for any phone repair needs. Thank you!

I dont review often but I had to for these guys. Professional, efficient and legit. My smartphone had a significant crack and the inevitable green screen of death. They were able to get me back in bussiness in just under a day even though they had to order the parts. To any potential customers, I would recommend calling ahead first to see if they have what they need to complete the repair to save yourself an extra trip, but rest assured, they will take absolute care of you. Don't ever bother with those mall kiosks again. Thanks guys!

I don't know what to say. I understand the dynamics of owning a private business being that I'm a business owner myself. I have a phone that was a very easy fix for me to repair but I thought to myself I'd let professionals look at it first. I was quoted $75 for a repair and I had to think about it, went home and fixed the problem myself. So I feel the employee and the manager or whomever was giving me a quote new to hustle me up on a $10 fix. I think the employee maybe had my phone for 3 minutes before turning to him where an upcharge came in but it took me 5 minutes to fix it at home 15 minutes later. I would say go to him for advice but get a second opinion before forking over bread.
