If I could leave a zero star I would. I signed up for geek squad in the past this was an amazing service. This last time has been the worst experience . Did the company get bought out? They have had my computer for 3 weeks hasn't even been looked at according to there tracking it hasn't been assigned to a person yet. You have to wait 45+ minutes on hold just to be rerouted to corporate. The stores apparently can no longer answer phones. Corporate can not tell you anything more than what you already know. They say they'll send messages for you to be contacted but it never happens. I now need to go buy my son another computer before college start I will definitely NOT buy nor recommend Best Buy in the future. Will be filing a complaint with better business bureau

Matthew, Jen, and Michael all took excellent care of me at this location. My computer needed a lot of work, and they dealt with it in a timely fashion with beautiful results. They took the time to explain things to me and answer my questions, and did everything I asked of them and more. They even managed to recover the activation key for my Microsoft programs and reinstall after I needed a hard drive swap. Many thanks to the Geek Squad team! :)

MATT AT THE WAKDEN GALLERIA LOCATION, TOOK THE TIME TO LOOK INTO WHY MY LAPTOP WOULDNT CHARGE, LOOKED INTO MY PROTECTION PLAN ORDERED A NEW ADAPTER AND ALLOWING ME TO CHARGE LAPTOP (needed it for school). APPRECIATE HIM TAKING THE TIME AND HAVING PATIENCE WITH. WHILE NOT HAVING AN APPOINTMENT. VERY KIND AS WELL.

I love them they helped me so much with my Mac book cleaning it and updating all my software and the customer service is great in person and on the phone haven't had a problem and also downloaded my adobe for me making it easy to do all my projects.

Took my brand new gaming rig just built a day ago in and they refused to work on it because of the "condition" it's in and that it's a liability (have warranties on every part so no liability)..... honestly just seemed like he didn't want to figure out the problem at all
