If I could give 0 stars I would. I came in with an appointment to have the back of my phone replaced. I paid and was told the part would be overnighted. I returned the next day to find out the part did not arrive. I called a week later, couldn't get ahold of anyone. Called the next day, they said "we don't see anything in the system" and did not proceed to look into it. 3 more calls, 3 stops into the store, 3 months later, my phone finally got fixed. Only for them to return it to me completely not activated. They told me to go to tmobile to get it fixed. It is still not active, if they would have told me it would deactivate my phone I would've completely rethought having it fixed. Save your time energy and patience and take your phone directly to the apple store. Absolutely terrible experience, do not go here.

I was very impressed by the service I received at the Geek Squad service desk. Dave was professional, courteous and seemed to be very knowledgeable. I also appreciated the fact that he was attentive to assisting me, as well as helping others who were waiting for service. I am glad that I know have a place to take care of my technology needs/problems.

Avoid Christine like the plague at the geek squad here! She tried over charging to start with. Then she told me I could pick up my laptop three days later. I was told on the phone would be ten dollars cheaper and I could wait for the laptop. Christine has zero customer service skills and doesn’t seem like she is there to help customers. She also struck up a conversation with a fellow employee while cashing me out about how they apparently dislike they’re boss. So the service provided seems good so far. But the in store customer service by Christine was terrible and if there’s a next time I will be looking for another customer service professional.

I had the worst experiance. I could never get through for an update, they don't even bother answering thier phones the 11 times I called. I ended up having to drive down to the store. I took in two computers for repair, they told me I had to replace hard drive on one computer and they would not be able to recover data. the other computer I took in, they wiped my hard drive and I lost all my data. They never asked me for permission, they just did it. They told me both computers were ready for pick-up, When I arrived they only had one ready. I got the "supposable" bad hard drive and took elseware and to my suprize they recovered all my Data. The service was extremely slow from write up to pick-up. When I told them I was not happy they never even apoligized nor asked what they could do to make me happy. The techs I dealt with had no idea what they were talking about. I would advise everyone to STAY AWAY from GEEK SQAUD.

An absolute joke. I was charged $99 for a "consultation" for a home theater. The guy who came out was clueless and was telling me what I wanted and not listening to me when I told him WHAT I WANTED. He told me to call an electrician and have them install the wire harness and new electrical outlet. WELP, a new outlet behind the TV is against code. ALSO, running high voltage power cords through the wall is against code. How their "expert" didn't know this is beyond me. And the quote from the electricians, one was $550 - the other was $650 -- the same price that the TV was going to cost. PLEASE look elsewhere for any and all Home Theater installation needs you have. Having them come out to your house is just a practice in ineptitude. AND, it costs you $99 too!!!! Lovely. AND OH YEAH - I've now been hung up on 4 times when "being connected to a Manager" This store needs to go out of business.
