Had to replace my screen protector for my flip5. Could not go to Samsung center as it recently closed down. I called and asked if they were able to replace my screen protector. I was told that they are able to do it but I had to go to the store in person to put down a down payment for them to order the screen protector. I went in to put down the down-payment on 1/11/2025. I was also told that it would take 2 days for them to retrieve the screen protector. A week went by, didn't hear anything from them so I called to follow up. Was told that they have not received the part yet and they asked me to call back in a day or two. I did that for another week or so , still no words from them. Went to the store in person today, was told that they still have not received the part...

Very nice staff. I brought my tablet in because it would not charge. The battery which had imploded was replaced and the tablet cleaned up and checked over. Brought it home and it still won’t charge so the problem wasn’t fixed. This should have been checked before returning it to me as it was what I brought the tablet in for in the first place. I will be bringing it in again next week Updated review. I brought the tablet in and left it to be checked. It was fixed at no extra charge and I am revising my rating. .

Amazing customer service. I was told it would be an hour and it was done well before that. Lynette was super friendly and even gave me a chair while I waited. Highly recommend!!

Worst experience, I took my phone there that does not turn on. I told them that the phone' s motherboard is bad. They told me I have to pay $200+ to fix it or retrieve any data, that they will call me 2 days after but I paid $50 as down-payment. When I called them about 5 days later, they had not opened the phone, they told me to call back a day after, and I did. They said that the phone was not turning on, the exact reason I took the phone to them for repairs in the first place. They told me 3 weeks after that I should come and pick it up, that they could recommend another store for me after almost a month. I don't recommend that anyone go and waste their time and money there.
