We once shared a great experience. During a recent visit, to the store which is under new management. Items on the shelves were out of order and wrongly misplaced.The store manager was rude and unprofessional and so is the staff. I hope staples have stock in Amazon cause that's where I will be shopping or OfficeMax.

Love the staff here. Samantha was a great help in the printing section . She got the job done also stayed passed her shift to finish the work that needed to be completed. She also helped edit the programs we were printing. A 10 out of 10 for excellence!!!

I have had poor experiences at this location in the past, but the two latest times I was here showed much improvement. The young lady who brought is the printer ink we requested was very patient and helpful to my wife, who was having issues finding her store credit on her phone. Plus, considering it was the week after back to school, I was impressed with their stationery inventory. Most places are a shambles, or empty. They still had alot of stock. Last time I needed copies of a blueprint, and they did a good job. So. Keep up the good work!

I came in the store yesterday & I was really out of it but I had business to handle. From the moment I walked in the store I felt welcomed. I’m unsure if she is a manager or not but I did notice that she had a different color shirt from the others but Nicole did a great job at assisting me. She was very patient, understanding and knowledgeable. Despite the impatient, rude customers that was rushing her she completed my tasked and moved on to the next who may have needed assistance. I really appreciated her assistance & her uplifting my spirit while doing so.

Absolutely the worst Staples that is operating. First, I called multiple times to ask for the email address to send my items to only for the gentleman with a thick accent to hang up when I asked him to spell it. Second, upon arrival I stood on a very long line. Once I finally made it to the counter I was given a sheet of paper to complete. After answering questions about my name, number, email address, and zip code they young man took the slip and walked away. No questions about sizing he then proceeded to converse with his peers about everything under the sun. This store appears to be operating without supervision. While on line everyone had the same questions. The line is to the door always. However, the young man was really nice🤷🏾♀️.
