Moon repaired my PC that got stuck half way through a windows factory reset. He was efficient and no-nonsense. I highly recommend going to him if your computer is on the fritz.

Apple couldn't get my computer working for less than $700; Moon did if for $100 - and when it died again, he got it up and running free of charge. Extremely honest and kind - it's obvious that he takes pride in his work and knowing that he has actually helped someone. If you didn't let yourself be extorted into buying AppleCare (and, fun fact, in the UK, Apple doesn't offer AppleCare because by law computers are warrantied for 6 years!), head to Com Plus Alpha before the Apple store for repair.

Moon did a great job diagnosing the problem with my computer - the battery wouldn't charge - and replaced the battery for a very reasonable price. Then, when the new battery failed about a year later, Moon replaced it for a nominal fee even though it was out of warranty! Highly recommended, great service!

Moon did a terrific job fixing my buggy iMac. After doing a full backup and clean install, an OS upgrade to Monterey failed. He was about to declare the computer dead, but he opened the case and found the hard drive was defective. He got me a new SSD drive, installed it, restored all my files, and delivered the computer to my house. I 100% recommend Moon (Com Plus Alpha).

Moon (Mr. Comp Plus Alpha) saved my husband's Mac Book Pro (cereals/milk had fallen on the keyboard) by changing the keyboard and the track ($250). Last Sunday, when Moon was closed, I waited two hours at Apple Genius Bar and got the following diagnostics from the maker of the laptop that was in trouble: it is very wet inside, it is unlikely that it will come back, just try to get the hard drive out, it would cost $1200 to fix it so it's perhaps better to buy a new laptop?? Thank you Apple for your good piece of advice. We need to help businesses like Comp Plus Alpha stay in business and thrive instead of constantly feeding the Apple Bank. Moon has saved many of our devices in the last 5 years always with a smile and with very reasonable prices.
