Came to the store so they can take a look at my computer. The technician made the problem worse. Something that should have taken 20 minutes took a hour and half. When I got upset and complained the manager tried to gaslight me with ridiculous explanations as to why the device was behaving like it was. In short they treated me very badly. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever received at an Apple Store. Avoid this location at all costs. Better yet, stop buying Apple products. Apple has been making cheap and poor performing products for a couple of years now. Never buying an Apple product again.

I recently had a great experience at the Apple Store, thanks to Nick. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, approachable, and extremely knowledgeable without being pushy or overly sales-focused. Nick took the time to understand exactly what I needed and patiently answered all of my questions, making sure I felt confident about my purchase without ever making me feel pressured. What really stood out was how genuinely kind and helpful he was throughout the entire process. It felt more like talking to a knowledgeable friend than a typical sales interaction, which made the experience so much more enjoyable. Nick's professionalism and warm demeanor left a lasting impression, and I wouldn't hesitate to return to the Apple Store and ask for his help again.

I have made a purchase online with a credit card, returned it to this store and made the COLOSSAL mistake of asking the associate to send those funds to my Apple Account as I planned on buying a case for my new MacBook Pro and New IPhone, that was before I realized that the cases they sell at Apple these days are pure overpriced garbage . Naturally, I’ve requested those funds to be returned back to my credit card and for my surprise TWELVE Apple employees plus FOUR useless “Senior” team members in Austin told me “too bad so sad” there’s no way to get that money out of the Apple Account, buy something with those funds or the money is ours. How is that not theft?

Treated me like dirt... I did a store pick up, got to the store, the rep I spoke to looks up the order and says "there's a hold on your order, you gotta call customer service." Not, "I'll get someone on the line" or "I'll grab a manager," but stand here and call an 800 number. He told me which option it was on the menu. I call the number that option isn't on the menu. So I'm on hold for about 20 minutes. I finally get someone, they look up my order, put me on hold, come back and advise me that they see the hold, but there's no reason for the hold. They release. I let the rep know, he tells me it's gonna take another 30 minutes at this point to get the computer, he'll check back with me shortly. I kill some time, when enough time passed I tried to flag him down, he avoided eye contact with me. I finally got another rep and they ran and got my laptop with no issue. So I spent an hour at the store jumping through hoops for a store pickup.
