Rude people no bedside manners. They keep you waiting even if you have a confirmed appointment and then they mansplain to you. By their employee, I was literally given an analogy of waiting at the hospital to be seen. One employee told me the watch update wouldn’t take the 48 mins that it showed on the screen- it took 1.5 hours. So they don’t even know their products Biggest joke.

It's been almost half a month, and I decided to give this Apple store a review. My native language is Chinese, and I don't speak English very well, so I took another phone that can use Google Translate. I went to replace the battery of my iPhone 12, and of course I had already made an appointment online. The staff inside were very busy, and almost all of them were surrounded by customers. I looked around for a few rounds, and finally stood next to one of them, took out my Google Translate software, and showed him my request. He looked at it very seriously to help me, and used the translation software to instruct me to find another employee next to the door, who was the registration staff. Then after various waiting and rotations, all the staff were able to treat my problems sincerely, without impatience or rude attitude. One employee saw that I couldn't speak English and took the initiative to help me, and even the customers who were waiting with me could help me. The whole process was very smooth, and the staff were great. I am very grateful to them. I also wrote the above using the translation software, and I hope there is no strange translation.

Brought my device in for a new battery on Sunday. Wednesday got a message that repair was complete then a message that a replacement device was ordered . Tried to contact the store and kept getting routed to Apple support. Apple support told me to go to the store. Store said they needed a special part. If I did not hear back from them by the tenth they would give me a replacement device. Went on the 11th. They now told me they had to wait one more day to hear about the part . If they didn’t get the part they would then start calling around to different Apple stores for the part. Moving the goal posts. . I told them what the previous manger told me . They said yeah I see it in the notes here and I would have to wait until they called me. They didn’t have the part or the replacement device and would not provide an ETA. They said I could talk to the manger. I asked if that would change anything and they said no. I guess this review is better than talking to the manager.

Came in today looking to make a purchase on a iPad, with that being said the customer service was very lack! I’ve been to several Apple stores around the city mainly the one in Soho/ 5th Ave. With the volume of customers that they have in those stores this one was a slower peace, but upon arrival, no one greeted me. I stood by a table for 15 minutes. No one interacted with me. I spoke to a tech specialist to see if I could be able to get some help. he told me to stand over by the table and wait. I waited by the table for approximately eight minutes and still not one attended to me. Then I spoke to a manager requesting for some help with the iPad. He was nice and apologize about his team. And said when he had someone available, he will try to have them come over and help me. After five minutes with several team members just walking around not necessary, helping anyone he pointed over to me and had someone assist me. Overall, I’m just unsatisfied with the customer service. A I expect better
