My Dell wasn't working properly. A friend recommended "Crazy PC" The estimate I received was less than Best Buy, Staples and another local shop. Very friendly, and professional explains what's needed. I pick up my Dell laptop a few days ago. Works like new, No loss in speed or function. Nice to have such a local business. I was charged $ 400 to fix 2 laptops . Only 1 was returned and it was not fixed. I will see him in court. A lot of people in our community need to be protected especially the elderly.
