Honestly if there was a 0 star rating, that's exactly what this store would get. 1 ½ months for a 20 minute job and gave it back to me in a worse condition than it was. 2 months ago, I went over to this store about my phone because the charging port in my phone was chipped and I had to jiggle the cord around whenever I had to charge it. I explained the situation to the repair man in person and he said the phone would be done in 3 hours. I sat on the bench in the burning sun for an hour, came back and he wasn't even working on my phone. He then started to work on it, said it'd take 20 minutes then said since the device was different from other phones, he had to send it to another store and for me to come back the next day. The (I think) owner gave me a card with a number on it and I gave them my phone number to call when it was ready the next day. Instead of going over there because I live further away from the store, I called the store the next day to know what time it'd be ready so I can get ready to go over there, in which the repair guy stated that the phone wouldn't be ready, saying they had to order a new charging port piece and to come back next week. I waited a week and called back to see the progression of the phone, the guy said they were working on it. Two weeks passed and I went over to see what was going on and he said it'd be ready in 10 days. I waited the 10 days through and gave an extra 2 days before calling. At that point I wanted the phone back because I'd waited this long for a project that was supposed to be done in 20 minutes. I had the cash, so the money wasn't the problem and also I'd by this time bought a new phone and received it way before my phone was even fixed. When I called 12 days later to basically tell the guy that I'd been waiting too long and if they can't fix it to return it, he said to wait 4 days and he'd call (just like all the other times). What annoyed me the most was the fact that the guy couldn't understand me mainly due to the fact that he didn't speak English. I kept having to explain that my phone was already at the store because he kept telling me to bring it there. I gave them 7 days and still nothing. So me and my aunt called to tell him to just give it back because it was clear they can't fix it. He magically says my phone is at the store 🤷🏽‍♀️. So if that was the case, why didn't he call to let me know? The next day, I go over there, with two working chargers to make sure it'd charge on my end before I pay the man. I was one of the first people there right when he opened the store. When the repair man gave me my phone back, I was shocked because my screen was scratched up, as if someone with long nails was scratching on it without care. Luckily it had a screen protector on it but that's not the principle. I confronted him on that issue and this guy decided to remove my screen protector off 🙎🏽‍♀️. But that's not even the icing on top, I took out my charger, plugged it into the wall in the store, plugged it into my phone and it wasn't even trying to charge. I even used my other charger and still it wasn't charging. At least before I brought it to the store, the phone would still charge only if I kept the phone steady or jiggled the cord around, now it's not even charging. That means for 1 ½ months, these people just made my phone in worse condition than it already was. I was furious and I wanted to turn up, especially when the guy was asking for me to pay him and lying and saying the phone works when I never said the whole phone was messed up, only the charging port was. I had to call my aunt and even after she told him to let me leave with my now unable to charge phone, he was still trying to weasel some form of charge. He even said I was a problem when I called him out on it. Still till this very moment, I cannot charge my phone. I'm happy I bought a new phone, but I should have just listened to my gut and not have gone the repair shop route, at least I would have had a phone with a chipped charging port being at least able to charge.

This place has the single worst phone calls I’ve ever had. The guy doesn’t listen to anything said, doesn’t do call backs, whispers, and when you ask him to do something or check whatever all he does is say I don’t understand. Single worst customer service I’ve had

Thank you so much to the man named Sam. He such a life saver. God bless this bussiness. The only bussiness to repair any phone and laptops. This was the chepest compared to others. The rest of the bussiness charged 200-300 but this guy charged me 110 for my phone. Also I was wondering how much does it cost to fix broken charger port? I will one hundred percent come back for anything here
