The worst place in the universe. They will lie and will do whatever it takes to rob you in broad day light. Read my experience with them below to understand what happened. They call themselves “Geek Squad”. More like “horrible squad”. I know my store is it’s a little longer. But it’s worth it. Just want to share this experience so the world know horrible these people are treating Apple’s customers. I scheduled an appointment with apple online to visit this place so I could get my battery replaced. Went to the location, was asked to wait for about 10 min. I waited patiently. They looked at my phone, then they say according to Apple’s policy, we can’t replace battery alone, we must replaced the screen. And that’ll cost you around $349. I thought to myself “wtf?” Mind you, I spoke with Apple and a representative stated that’s not part of Apple’s policy. I, then respectfully asked those Geek Squad guys to show me Apple’s policy that they’re referring to. The cashier brought his boss who was so mean and rude and directly stated that they cannot partially serviced me. Additionally, he suggested that they’re refusing to partially service me for no reason and it’s not part of Apple’s policy. I was frustrated at the experience and refused to argue with them any further. If you’re an apple customer or required apple support for your phone, don’t go there. Not worth anybody’s time.

Misinformation!!! Had an appointment to fix my son PlayStation. They failed to mention that they don’t fix systems unless you have a warranty on them. Could’ve saved a trip.
