My review has nothing to do with the friendliness of the staff or anything like that, but rather the repair itself. I brought my Xbox controller here for repairs because the joysticks were drifting (the drift in the right joystick was severely bad). I did my repair on October 24, 2024. By new years eve, the right joystick started drifting again. I feel like $30 for a repair that lasted only 2 months isn't worth it.
