The store is really nice. All kinds of apple devices on display from lap tops to monitors to air pods and phones. The store is always crowded. They have lots of workers assisting customers. The wait without an appointment is quite long. The service was long too for me. I feel like they had had two people help me and tell me the same thing and sign documents twice. Not sure what that was about but they did inform me of the damage. They were kind enough to offer me a temporary phone while I wait for a new one, which I declined. Needed a phone hiatus but the though was nice.

09/01/2024 - First time visiting the Apple store at the Bay Plaza Mall. A family member was have technical difficulties and their cellphone provider referred us to Apple. Very busy store. We showed the greeter/tech guru our iPhone, and she fixed our problem with a frozen screen verifying updates. Big thank you. All day parking for 3.00 in the attached garage. Appointment recommended for faster service.

Horrible service!!! U make an appointment and watch the employees walk around and not service you. What’s the point of having all these workers and nobody helps you??? You can walk in the store, nobody greets you or ask if you need help. Service at Apple is definitely lacking!! Had to ask if they forgot about me twice. I don’t recommend this store AT ALL. Too many workers not enough work.

All reviews about being left waiting are true. Almost nobody there wants to help you. I went in a week ago for a service repair and they had to order the part. She said when I come back when the part is here, it will take an hour and a half to fix. It came in today so I went in and was told it would take almost two hours and a half. I return to the store when it’s about time and I had to tell four different employees before anyone gave me an actual answer. I ended up waiting over three hours and when I received my phone it had no battery and I had to stay another 30 minutes while the syncing and turning on and all that happened. A friend of mine also came with me and had a question and instead of helping her or at least helping her make a Genius Bar appointment, they told her to call customer service. Completely wasted my whole evening here today.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I went there to repair my phone the wait list was 1h and half I waited patiently when I went back they got me waiting 30more minutes till the technician came after that to tell me they didn’t have the part to repair the phone and they can order it and I have to come back another day or refer me to another location. 3hours wasted for nothing
