Overpriced, just paid over $200 to get a consultation for my switch and a new battery. When I turned on the switch I noticed smudge marks on my screen that weren't there before. The screen wasn't properly installed. Also, they contacted me via my phone number when I specifically told the man at the counter to contact me by EMAIL ONLY. The man at the counter didn't seem to know what he was doing and was super disorganized, and also appeared to look sloppy. Also the battery took too many days to come in, with no response through email to inform me that it arrived. An email and phone call could've been made, I don't put random numbers in my phone. If I didn't check my voicemail I would've forgot about them informing me about it. Don't come here overpriced, disorganized and careless with technology.

This review is for an employee (or owner), so it might reflect your customer service experience. He had a store Tshirt on. There's an open parking space in front of the store so I pull forward, put my blinker on and wait for traffic to pass so I can parallel park. An african american man driving a white jeep decides to pull into the space front first. I get out and tell him I was waiting for the spot. He says I should have parked front first, was taking too long and he doesn't have time to wait for anybody. I told him I may have mis-judged the space but clearly was waiting to park with my blinker on. I asked him if he saw my blinker he said no. But he must have got a good look at my car if he knew I was waiting for traffic to pass. Attitude very nasty and very rude. Know that if he sees this and responds he is not sorry, just sorry for being exposed. BTW there probably wasn't enough space because this is how he left his car.

Brought in a phone that became unresponsive 2 days ago that was improperly fixed by them last August and is still under their warranty, the phone became unresponsive months later due the improper installation of the device done last time. They declined all accountability even after bringing them a letter from another ubreakifix store stating the improper installation previously done by the Bayside ubreakifix. Go elsewhere they are not ethically right people running this franchise, your time will be wasted.
