Brought my non-functioning laptop in for service and got it back the next day running like new again. The owners are very personable, knowledgeable and went the extra mile in helping get the reinstall up and going. Couldn't ask for better service with reasonable fees. I will not hesitate to deal with BataviaCPR in the future.

He knows everything about computers and easily took care of my problems; a couple of times now: the last time, Justin hooked me up, from their "Screen Connect" option and their "Remote Support" service that BataviaCPR offer! I didnt even have to leave my home to have my PC problem solved! I highly reccommend BataviaCPR to anyone that has a computer with a problem: Ihad a simple download option, that I messed up and ended up losing my sound... After price checking around for a hdmi port replacement on a ps5 i found that BataviaCPR had an outstanding price and very fast service. I have had no issues with anything after the replacement. Very friendly staff and a nice local repair business. I will definitely be bringing in more items. Thank you
