I'm not sure if it was my Trump shirt or what but whomever worked the desk (male with glasses) was short and somewhat rude to me. At minimum, maybe muster up some attention & appreciation for the ones who fund your business?

Adam was amazing. As a family we thank him for helping us make sense of my deceased son's electronics. We were grieving as a family and went beyond expectations to help us. Customer service and kindness is so rare these days!

Knowlegable good guys in here. Was in town for business, my Dell laptop needed a replacement power supply. Adam sorted me out in 2 minutes with a universal supply that included multiple charging tips that could be switched out in a snap. Aftermaket part was reasonably priced and it works great.
