After loading my C Drive to capacity several times, I finally pushed my laptop over the brink & it went the way of all silicon flesh: it gave up the ghost. Alas, in my hard drive were recordings of my parents recalling their youthful exploits, so I was eager to resurrect the deceased files. After some ingenious troubleshooting on Brandon's part (which repairs would never have occurred to me), he was able to bring my hard drive back to life, save my beloved audio files--plus offer me some useful advice along the way. He installed an internal drive that now offers me four times my laptop's former memory, & even my keyboard types more reliably after the cleanup he gave my machine. Worth mentioning: Brandon charges by the hour, but at least in my case, he works a "heavy hour"--that is, he gave me a full hour's work & a little extra for each hour he billed for. The upshot: I granted my laptop 3 or 4 more years of life for an affordable price.

He performed it with grace and kept me informed with the procedure. All fixed and held to his quote despite it taking longer. It's good to know he's available in the future. Seniors beware. I hired Brandon to fix the Roku box/ Netflix/ and WiFi connection for my mom. Brandon diagnosed the problem quite quickly, but ended up chatting with my mom for 4 hours, he needed to return later to fix the problem, which required another hour and a half. He charged us 6 hours for this service. He takes advantage of senior citizens.
