Santa Fe MAC repair

Visiting in town, my computer stopped working. Not knowing anyone here, I tried another Apple expert and then this one. This one was by far more helpful, friendly, reassuring, informative, and reasonably priced than the other one with more reviews. Petr was direct and honest without being rude. He was able to save my data, which was everything to me. Highly recommend and would use again when in town.

Don't think this guy likes Latino Hispanics. When I told him I do lots of online work. He looked at me with jealousy, like me being educated Hispanic is my fault. He charged me 125 to reinstall Mac OS software and transfer the data back. I talked to him about buying one his used computers to help him out. When I called him he knew who I was. I can tell he didn't want to talk to me. Told me to go on his website and pretty much hung up on me. Looked at his computers and their was only 4 computers which were junk and which he could of told me in the phone. He was not only rude. He ripped me off for 30 dollars. I gave him cash and he still charged me New Mexico Tax which other businesses don't do when you paying cash. Called him back and told him I bought a brand new computer and wanted the same service done. This time it was $200 dollars plus 40 in tax. I can tell he didn't like me as a individual when he was charging me a extra $100 dollars for the previous service he did. If you are reading this, go to Santa Fe Computer Works behind pepboys. The guy is honest, doesn't discriminate against you, has a heart of Gold and is really down to earth with honest prices and services for all ethnic backgrounds. Charged me 90 dollars. I recommend you check him out before anyone else. You won't be disappointed.
