THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!! The owners are extremely friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Plus, the location is easily accessible from the road, and there are no issues with parking. We are very pleased with the work, how quickly the job was done, and top quality of parts. We took our laptop in due to a broken USB jack, and it was done in less than 2 hours! You can bet we'll be bringing our other laptops in for service as well and give this local business the business it deserves. Thank you for representing Santa Fe with professionalism, courtesy, honesty, and kindness. We greatly appreciate it!!! 5 stars plus!!!

I sure appreciate the service given to me by Nelson. He informed me on the front end on what was needed to fix my computer. He ordered the part and advised me on how long it would take. My computer is now working great. The cost to repair was less than expected. I was very pleased. I definitely will go back if and when I need computer service.

Took my computer here, got charged 45$ for the guy to tell me it was a mother board issue, he suggested sending the computer to his friend, out of state, and id have to pay additional to get it shipped. Took my Mac to Apple store instead and they did a simple reset for 0$ and got my computer back the next day or so. I don't know how honest this place is, but definitely lost my business.

Went in to SF Computer Works with a bit of a calamity today! The service and kindness I was met with was amazing. I left with a temporary solution while the part that is needed comes in, which saved me in a huge way. Thank you to SF Computer Works for excellent customer service, that is a rare thing these days!
