Drea at CPR is AMAZING. She was so kind and had such patience. The mall was packed with kids doing a scavenger hunt and she was working the store by herself. She was a master multi tasker and was helping lots of other people while helping me. There was just no way to get into my phone after I accidentally locked it through the "find my device" app. She helped me find a new phone across the street and she then got all my stuff off the old phone and got the new phone working. Andrea has always been most helpful. I have taken several different iPhones with different issues and she has been able to assist and correct the issues almost immediately. She handles multiple customers at the same time (if able) which cuts down on time for everyone. I have referred her to many people who she has also helped as well. I took my iPhone 13 into this place. I didn’t think it was gonna be able to be fixed at all. I dropped it in the lake. It was bent when I found it did not turn on a bunch of sand inside I felt hopeless. I think the girls name was Andrea. She was really sweet kind and told me she would look at it very professional she gave me a price estimate,told me it wasn’t gonna be 100% if she could fix it but she will try her best.all I was worried about my memories I had and cherished I had my children. She called two days later and she said she fixed it. I had to get a whole new Screen, she said there was a bunch of sand in it I was so relieved and thankful. If you need anything done, I would definitely go to her and recommend her. Thank u 😊

I had gone in to get my screen repaired on my S23 ultra and to see why my services weren't working and Andrea went out of her way to help me. There wasn't a screen in stock but she found a way to replace it so I wouldn't be without a phone as I have 5 kids and need to have a phone. She took the time to look into why my phone wasn't getting service and got everything fixed for me. The service Andrea provided me was exceptional I will never go anywhere else when I am having phone issues!!!!!
