I went to Cloud 9 because I just moved here from England and needed a phone at a reasonable price. That was exactly what I found at Cloud 9 thanks to Shine! Not only is he a super-genius with phones, he’s also a nice guy...! He gave me a great deal on a great phone! Since then I’ve recommended him to somebody else who was also very happy with him…! This place was awesome! They repaired my phone screen with a new one for my exact model of phone. It's been about 2 weeks and the screen is looking and functioning great! They were also fast, friendly and they gave me the best price out of all the phone repair businesses in Santa Fe! Thanks guys @ Cloud9!

This place specifically the owner Shine is a true gem. Knowledgeable and sincere ....very helpful and honest. Will help in all aspects and will give you honest feedback and options. The workmanship is off the charts and very efficient. Fixed/repaired a phone that everyone else had given up on. It is working without issues and was done at a price that was waaayy better than 3+ shops i had been to. This business is my new resource for all and any issues I have with my electronics. The difference here is definitely Shine!!!! Keep it up!!!!

I cracked the front glass on my Pixel 7 Pro and came by to get a replacement. Shine was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous while walking me through the process. The job was done very quickly and my phone was like new! I called around to the other places in town before going in and found that Cloud9 was also the most cost effective option. Excellent experience; I hope I don't drop my phone again any time soon but if I do I know who I'm going back to!

Wonderful service and quality work! I bought a phone from Amazon which turned out to be defective so I came to Cloud 9 to see if they could help me. Shine went above and beyond to make sure I got the maximum discount from Amazon. It turns out, they also sell phones so I decided to buy one of theirs and and he made the process very smooth & painless. He transferred all my data to the new device and he answered all of my many many questions. He also threw in a screen protector and discounted case. Cloud 9 is great and I will now be sending my family here in the future for repairs and buying phones. Thank you_ A very happy customer!
