Fantastic service. Duncan and Nathan were so personable, and got our job done quick! Glad that Nathan likes dogs because our three are a HANDFUL! He quickly made friends with them while he made sure that everything was up and working correctly, and had some fun stories to tell while he did so! As usual, I was greatly relieved and satisfied by the recent help I got at Capitol Computers for complicated issues I was having with my laptop and missing files within it. All the technicians were so great! Throughout all the years using Capitol Computer their staff have been excellent and I 100% trust the service and guidance I get. It was wonderful working with the Capitol Computer team! I reached out to them to assist with an install for an out of state customer. They were quick to respond and provide us with any information. Tech Matt was knowledgeable and did a great job working with our IT remotely. He checked in with us consistently and took good pictures and notes. Cant wait to work with them again, they will definitely be our go to in the future.
