Took my computer to be fixed, the gentleman was rude from the start and he refused to fix my machine (said it was too old ) and sold me another computer on which he had installed remote hacking software which he uses to steal data and control the computers he sells. Had the software removed or so we thought only to find that we cannot access the computer because he changed the passcode. DO NOT EVER BUY A COMPUTER FROM THIS PLACE

Walked in just to get looked at crazy and not greeted, Asked for help just to get looked at crazy some more. Asked again and told him I was the guy on the phone that just spoke to you, Guy points his finger says nothing while holding his finger their for intentionally to long being rude for no reason (I even walked up to the counter) then proceeds to tell me to take a seat. Yeah ain’t gonna be coming here again or recommending anyone to this place. Don’t believe these fake good reviews, these people are judgmental rude and no help at all.

My go to place for any of my service needs. They are always friendly and very knowledgeable. If you are a complete beginner up to an expert they have the tools and resources to help you. Always in a friendly manner without having to feel like you need a degree in electronics!

Scammers..... They give one estimate & then double or triple it at the end. They didn't even buy the hardware which they wanted to overcharge on that too. If u don't pay, they hold your equipment hostage. Nice people, but with other intentions. I will never again go there for anything.
