Had their service about 2 months ago. Blue screen of death, was worried I'd have to junk it and in under 3 days I got my computer back working better than ever. Worth the price and they were very professional

Let me begin by saying I've been building my gaming computer and upgrading since 2016 myself. Ran into an issue that had me stumped, and a hectic work schedule left me completely unavailable to troubleshoot everything. I was really hesitant to allow someone else to work on something I put in so much time into but Josh was amazing. I called him about the issue and he was on the same page about all the issues immediately and even offered to pick it up the same day which he did. Turned out it was a MOBO going bad was not reading my RGB fans or FTW 3080, and it decided to do it after I moved my setup to a new case with a ton of RGB and non RGB fans. He was able to diagnose it within a day and offered to upgrade it, defaulting to me choosing the motherboard since he didn't work on gaming computers as often. (This is something I really appreciated). Motherboard came in late but he was able to accommodate since I was going out of town and had it done within a day. I give Josh 5/5 on everything, he communicated often, did a phenomenal job and I wouldn't trust anyone else to work on my PC ever again. Extremely knowledgeable and professional, even sat around at the end to talk about the motherboard. i9 9900K on Aorus Elite, 32GB 3600, EVGA 3080 FTW.

My entire experience with Josh and PC Mobile Pro was excellent! My less-than-2-year-old laptop had been “fixed” previously by another computer repair business. I thought I’d give Josh and his company a try because the same problem had arisen just a year later. From pickup to dropoff Josh was professional, personable and a pleasure to work with. My girlfriends PC suddenly stopped working randomly so I googled "PC repair". I saw PC mobile pro had really good reviews, and I can definitely see why. After filling out an appointment form on the website, I was contacted shortly after by Josh and he dropped by to pick up the PC. The PC ended up having a hard drive issue and he was able to install a newer/faster one and transfer over all the files without incident. His price was fair, and his customer service was excellent. I will 100% come back for any of my PC issues as well as recommend his services to anyone I know. Thanks Josh, we really appreciate it!

Excellent and fast service. I called Josh on a Wednesday and he picked up my laptop at my house the same day. He called me a couple hours later and explained what he could do to repair and gave me a quote. He was finished with my laptop the next day and dropped it off at my house. Josh was friendly, professional and the service was quick and convenient. I didn’t even have to drive anywhere to drop off my laptop which is a huge time saver. Don’t hesitate to call him.
