WOW These guys are the best! Greg (the owner) and Ed. First visit to Cloud9 on Southern. My 6-year old phone had a seizure and refused to work. l was panicked, had no access to anything (hate that 2-step verification using the phone) and then sad when they said maybe the screen needed to be replaced. Not cheap. I was giving up hope when Greg said, "Wait, did you try a 'hard reset'?" THAT WAS IT! duh They are professional, so helpful, friendly, really patient, and saved me a ton of money. Can't thank you enough!

This place GOES OVER AND BEYOND. I want to say thank you again for repairing my phone when 3 other phone repair stores couldn’t figure it out. The staff here are incredibly kind and it’s obvious they appreciate their customers as they waited 15 minutes after closing for me to pick up my phone on a Friday!!! I felt super bad but so grateful they waited so I didn’t have to come back on Monday. Additionally, the staff went the extra mile in securing my phone by adding additional support. If you need your phone fixed, there’s not a better place to do so! I was very happy with the result, service and timeliness provided by their business.

This is the greatest place. Juan did a an outstanding job replacing my iPhone back glass. He explained the process, showed me how well he cleaned the adhesive from the old back glass. The owner Greg is outstanding and has an awesome team. Thank you

I had major issues and anxiety because my phone would not charge so I took it into Cloud 9 repair and I can’t say enough good things about their service! It was super fast, very inexpensive, and I would recommend them to everyone! I never take the time to write a review but that’s how great of an experience with customer service I had. Very highly recommended!

Josh and the Cloud 9 team were excellent at every step of the process. They were able to replace the LCD screen and battery on my iPhone 11 in about an hour, with no appointment. The prices were very reasonable and transparent. My screen replacement even came with a complimentary screen protector, and both screen and battery replacement come with a 6 month warranty for apple products. Their staff is very knowledgeable and answers any question along the way. I would recommend them for any phone repair needs!
