My email wasn’t working so I contacted the after hours line and apparently my email was hacked and sending out a bunch of spam emails so my account was flagged to change my password. I was able to get my password changed quickly and my email is working again. Thanks for the help Candra and Brandon!

Very expensive considering there seem to be outages every weekend. At one point we were told it was another internet user causing disruptions to service. Then they said the plug inside the house was dying so they replaced it. And now they are saying the card on outside of house needs to be replaced. We have only been a subscriber for 9 months and have had at least 5 internet outages and majority happen on the weekend. Disgusting and ridiculously for a new service at the price they charge! BTW during one outage we were told we get some credit issued to our account due to outages---have not seen any credt.

Service is good but too expensive. If you move, there are lots of areas they don't service. Also if you pay for your contract in advance, you'll overpay than they'll deny you a refund for 2 months but can't give you a real reason why. The lady I spoke to was so nice but maybe give your employees a reason to give us or even a script. Like maybe a little effort if you're going to unnecessarily withhold. I did ask and am keeping track of how much I'm owed simply because I don't trust that's what I'm going to get.

Alright service, but overpriced and their office hours are set to where if you need to get a hold of them before their techs start working you’re not going to be able to get a hold of them when you need to and they use this as an excuse to try and charge you extra money. Kind of a messed up business model when you’re charging an exorbitant amount on a gig of internet.

Service is not worth the price they are listing. Our family just moved into a new house, I called yucca to set up the internet. The tech was 20 mins late, did the job we asked for backwards, left our front door wide open the whole time he worked and at the end of the day, I was left with having to set up the internet because the tech couldn’t do it right, but I still had to pay 80$ for him to tell me I plugged it in right. Unless you have money to throw away, don’t service through these people.
