If you're having pc issues, this is the place to take it. I work in IT myself and don't consider myself tech illiterate by any means, but I was having random bluescreens and crashes that were leading nowhere and couldn't figure out what was going on for the life of me, and didn't have spare hardware to test against. Charles went above and beyond with troubleshooting the obscure issue my pc was having, while keeping clear communication and transparency in the process. He even returned it to me cleaned out. You want to support local businesses instead of corporate? This is the place.

Easily the best customer service I’ve ever had with a business. My PC was having an issue where it would reboot any time I would open up a game and my windows got corrupted when I tried to repair and reinstall windows. I asked for a fresh install of windows, a dust out of my tower and a reapplication of thermal paste on the processor chip. He did everything I asked for a reasonable price and even installed all of my drivers as well as updated my bios and stress tested my pc to ensure no restarts. When I got it home and it was still having the same issues of rebooting when restarting a game, he let me bring it back the next day, while working with my schedule, and troubleshot for a few hours until it came down to a bad processor. He did this with no extra charge and let me stay there and ask questions and test it for myself before leaving again a second time. I couldn’t leave without leaving a tip though for exemplary service. Highly recommend to anyone having any issues who want wait work down without having to worry about getting scammed or getting someone who isn’t knowledgeable!

I texted in about my laptop on a Saturday morning and got an almost immediate reply saying that I could bring in my laptop after some initial questions. After I dropped off my PC I got a text about an hour and a half later where the guy had identified the problem and produced a solution. Not only did he fix my PC he also flagged some of the malware that I accrued over years of mindless internet surfing. He even brought it to me after the repair when I was about a half hour away. Without a shred of doubt I will use this place over any other company or manufacturer (especially after Acer quoted me ~$1300 for a repair and they didn’t even know the problem). This guy is worth the drive even if you live closer to other establishments. Cannot recommend enough.

These guys are the best, very professional and the work is amazing. Called to get a quote, they explained they would rather see the device in person to ensure they gave me the proper amount. They went into detail about how it may take a few days to order parts and how the pieces could be affected due to overnight delivery fees... long story short dropped off the device and got it back in hours. Great price great customer service. Will definitely be going back if I ever have any electronic issues

Awesome experience. They were able to take my computer pretty quickly and had it done by that afternoon. When I got home it did not work and I called back, he tried to troubleshoot some problems with me on the phone but it didn't help. I live in Clovis so he didn't want me to make the trip back if not necessary. Was able to take it back the next day and got it back that evening. Been working great since and it's been about a month. Thanks!
