Came over to print shipping label after the ups store across the street tried to charge us $4 to print the label for our return. Mark was super helpful with explaining how to email our return label to the store. It was $2.40 cheaper here. He was then able to ship our amazon return from store. Definitely way better customer experience.

I purchased an item at Staples. I was offered a substantial discount $20 on a purchase of about $30. I had to download the app but I didn’t know how but the associate Ther helped me do that. He was very patient. I have been to Staples frequently in the last couple of months. I’m always greeted when I go in. And if I can’t find what I want immediately and associate just walks me over and shows me where the items is. I hope they stay in business so many Are going only online. But I really like going and looking at the product I

Went to purchase some office supplies and noticed sign saying they did passport photos! So instead of going to AAA for my passport photos, I had them done at Staples!! I purchased my office supplies and my photos were ready for me to proceed to checkout. Although my passport photos were free at AAA, it was worth the minimal cost to have them done at Staples. AAA staff have not always been helpful in the past, and they messed up my previous hotel reservations in France. So very happy with Staples.

Tried to buy stamps there again. Man at cashier laughed when i asked to buy stamps. He said they were sold out ? Seems odd for a store like that .He had no idea when they would receive stamps. Had this happen before. Tried to buy stamps there and the woman cashier got highly annoyed that I asked to buy stamps . Time to forget Staples and shop some other place. Went to usps. 30 min wait. But they had stamps and were friendly.

I called the Las Cruces Staples location this morning around 1150. I asked the person who answered the phone about getting a rubber stamps made. He was flippant in his responses and ended by telling me it's not his department. I then inquired if that location had a custom rubber stamp department. He responded, yes. I then requested that he transfer me to that department. He reponded, yes. After I was transferred to 'that' department i was on hold for over 30 minutes before I hung up. Total time on the phone was 40 minutes to find out nothing. It would gone somewhat smother if the person who originally answered the the phone said in response to my question, 'yes, I understand what you are wanting, I'll transfer your call to the right department. Instead the guy had to act like I was imposing on his tume and play 25 freaking questions. It sucks we only have one store like Staples in Las Cruces.
