Called to ask if they can do back light replacements on TVs, went all the way though the automated phone service just for the service to tell me since I didn’t know my serial number that I couldn’t be helped and hung up. Didn’t even get to talk to a store rep.

A BIG thanks to the Geek Squad "Anna and the crew" for helping me fix my poor old Mac Book Pro that was in need of a new hard-drive. I personally have only good things to say, Anna was super helpful getting me checked in and made a note that I wanted to save all my old programs "if possible", which in the end they were able to do. The only down side to Best Buy is trying to contact them via the phone, like everything else it's an automated system which can be very frustrating, but don't let that stop you from giving them a try. From start to finish my laptop was finished in around 3 working days, I am very happy, thanks again!!

Absolutely avoid geek squad and Best Buy all together. They will not fix Android devices unless it's Samsung, purchased through them, and has their ridiculous insurance. Don't waste your time.
