Bob's Computer Clinik

Our office has used Bob's Computer Clinik for many years and will continue to do so. Bob is an expert in his field and he keeps informed and educated in all aspects. He has taught me so much and he has also saved my computer countless times.

Bob has worked on multiple computers for me over the past 20+ years. Until recently, he has come into my home to fix my computers. Now, he works remotely, which I appreciate as well. Bob has been a lifesaver. Bob has set up all my computers, installed software and tailored computers to my needs. I would not have been able to keep my home-based job without him. He has come to the rescue on innumerable times when things have gone wonky. Bob listens to me, digs around in the bowels of my computer, figures out what is wrong and fixes it. I think Bob is incredibly (impressively) knowledgeable, reliable, dependable, fast, fairly priced and best of all, available when things go wrong. Bob has the ability to translate computer talk into English so that I can understand the problem. Over the entire 20+ years Bob has been working on my computers, he has always done a fantastic job, charged a fair price and been there when I needed him. I would give Bob 10+ if there was an option for that.

When you and your computer need help, what do you do? For many years now, my answer has been to call Bob at Bob.s Computer Cliniik. Having someone you trust is paramount to relieving your fears about allowing access to some of your most trusted data. Bob is a person that I trust explicitly. At times he comes to my home to work on the computer. At times he works on it remotely from his locale, and at times I have dropped off my computer at his facility when the problem seems to be long and involved to resolve. My desk top computer is old, and my laptop is relatively new. Both are maintained by Bob to the highest degree of operational usage. His advice is always sage and on point, His fees are very reasonable.

Bob is patient and non judgmental when dealing with a new computer user or someone who is not an expert user. He also works through the problems with an expert user one by one and will back up if there is a lack of understanding on the client's part and insure that his advice and help is well understood before moving on to correct a new problem. He can tune in to the clients computer and see problems on his computer at his office and therefore suggest corrections in real time. He also makes house calls. Good service!!

Bob has been managing our home computer system for the past few years. He has rescued me from our internet provider on more than one occasion and managed to restore smart TV function when that device mysteriously stopped working. He is responsive, efficient, thorough, and extremely patient.
