I was at Farmington, NM Staples today to print some photos and make copies. The guy who attended to me was unfriendly & impatient. He wanted me to figure out my options. When I asked what my paper options were, he practically threw the paper catalog on the table for me to figure out myself. He made me pay more than I should. I ended up canceling the order.. I haven't had a single negative experience at Staples--not one. The only item I have returned was the wrong size (my mistake). I have had people there help me with their phone app, I've had them start helping me immediately before closing time, and stay with me well past closing to make sure I got what I was after. They have a huge inventory and good prices. The staff is the best. And while I have only returned that one thing TO Staples, they are about the easiest place in the world to take Amazon returns (we have a LOT of those). For anything involved with an office or business, from printing to coffee pots and break room stuff, they seem to have it, and the prices are competitive -- and when they have a sale, they make actual, noticeable cuts. It's one of the only stores in town I actually enjoy doing business with.

Awesome customer service from finding items I needed (sales associate showed me where everything was) to pricing (same as or lower than other suppliers) and quick, easy checkout.

My 10 year old printer was not printing correctly. Staples staff explained the problem and I was shown various printers and their pros and cons.
