I needed a quick and efficient laptop repair over my winter break, and CPR was perfect! They were extremely easy to get ahold of over the phone, friendly and accommodating, and gave very clear and accurate information about price and timeline from the outset. (Also, the price was significantly lower and the repair two days faster than what my college computer store told me.) Everyone I interacted with was very personable and helpful and I genuinely enjoyed my experience. Also, in addition to being an absolute pleasure to work with, they ensured that my computer works perfectly now. 10/10 experience and results, would recommend.

This place sucks! Got a iPhone screen fixed with them before and the screen was glitching and it’ll shut off! Ask them about it and they told me to get another screen. I did and it still did the same. One day I dropped it and it was much of a fall and the screen shattered. Now I got a screen protector from them 3 days ago and some how it got a crack on it. It cost me $40 for the screen protector and now I have to pay for another one. Walmart sells them cheap and longer lasting. Never going back again. Too price for cheap material. All they’ll say to you is that “you hit it in the right spot of damage” like what!?!?!?! My phone went through so much damage and your product breaks over the tiniest fall.

Excellent customer service from Zachary. He was very helpful in getting a claim started with my phone’s insurance. I’ve shopped here very seldom in the past, guarantee this will be the first place I go in the future for any of my phone needs.

Very fast, professional and polite. I brought in my phone because the charger/ data port was not working and they fixed it. I guess it was just gunked up and needed a deep cleaning! They fixed it within an hour and my phone looks and works as good as new.

This business is not entirely forthcoming. We were first told one price for OEM screen, we then were charged the same price for non Apple screen. If you need your screen replaced and don't have a lot of money to spend I would order a screen online and use YouTube to save money. If you decide to go the CPR route make sure you get your original quote in writing before proceeding with their services...never again, LESSON LEARNED!!! Fool me once... *Update* I seen your reply and that is a bold face lie. When we went to the store I was quoted $169 plus tax for non Apple screen which you explained would always have an error message because it was not factory. Then your employee quoted me an OEM Apple screen for just over $200. A few weeks later we took it in and discussed getting an Apple screen put in and was charged $205. We then have an error message appear and realized it was not an Apple screen. I then called your establishment and someone said "oh our prices went up" and " the employee must've relayed bad information". In the end your employees need to be advised, daily apparently, about the prices of your products.
