Bill works out of a small shop located conveniently across from Walmart, and he has been able to completely help me out on a couple occasions. He fixed my computer, and he also helped me recover data off of my Google Pixel 6a cellphone. He works with a wider variety of issues than any other computer repair shops in Deming, NM. He works with both desktop and laptop computers. He also offers help with cell phone issues, like screen replacement and data recovery, and he has very competitive rates. I would HIGHLY recommend Bill to anyone that may need help in any of these areas. I would rate him six stars if I could. 👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐👍

Bill handled a problem I was having with communications between my HP laptop and my Epson XP5100. He was able to remotely fix the situation in less than 15 minutes (after I lost 2 hours dealing with Epson so-called support - off-shore in the Philippines). Professional, pleasant, patient! Plus he gave me a quick lesson to handle my confusion with a new app....I'm 69 and a little behind on the new tech. Thank you very much Bill. Highly recommended.

Better than going to Best Buy. My iphone 11 was cracked and glitching I could barely use it. I took it in and he fixed it fast it’s like I never broke it!! Definitely recommend going to him!! Very affordable in my opinion.

Bill is a wonderful man, but my laptop's experience with him was a disaster. My laptop was working fine except for the left corner hinge between the screen and the base. He took the whole laptop completely apart and could not get it back together correctly so that it would work again, and I had to pay him for breaking the whole thing in order to get my laptop back. So now, I have to buy a brand new laptop and have all data transferred over from old one to new one. I would have saved $152 if I had not taken it to him and had just ordered a new one, but my old one was still working fine when I took it in to him, except for the glitch in the corner. He's a very nice person, but the "job" he did for me was destruction, not resurrection.

Bill recently repaired my non-working pc. Bill did an outstanding repair. He is an exceptional tech and his cost was very reasonable. Anyone in southern New Mexico or west Texas would be well served working with him. The whole experience of talking to the person who will do the repair work beats speaking with someone taking notes and perhaps then sending your equipment off somewhere to corporate.
