Took my ps5 for a minor hdmi port problem and they broke my ps5 completely and didn’t even bother to give me my ps5 back in the same condition I took it they stole my hdmi cable and gave me some small short cable. The hdmi port is missing from how I sent it in. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all save your devices from being broken completely by this company

My computer had problems after a power outage and Mr. Patel at Eclipse Solutions in Roswell NM took the time to look at my computer, clearly explained and showed me the problem then gave several options to resolve the problem. I chose to replace my old one and he had the new one ready with my data by the end of the same day. Excellence in customer service is so important these days and you will find it at Eclipse Solutions! I'm very pleased with my new computer!

They were awesome! They fixed my sons computer really quickly and messaged me every step. They even went the extra mile and came out to the house to help us get it set up when we were having problems connecting to the wifi! Very kind and professional!

The staff at Eclipse have been very helpful. Having issues with my daughters Cell. Staff has done everything they can to get the problem resolved. They call when services are complete or if any new problems arise. Very reasonable pricing. Quick and very courteous team!

I was hesitant to review this place, because it's a small business and I don't want to damage there reputation. However I feel the need to warn others.. I took my Samsung tab in because it wouldn't charge (the back was opened because my husband looked at it prior). I asked if they could let me know before doing any work, how much it would cost, and they agreed and said they would call me in a day or so. 3 days later I called to check the status. 1st he told me that they were waiting on the parts to come in and there was more damage to my tablet then 1st thought. when I told him he was supposed to call before ordering the parts, he said he was mistaken and had not done so yet.. when I called his bs about there being more damage (my husband works on computers all the time and knows what he is doing and that they were incorrect about there being more damage, I was just tying to save my husband the headache) he went off for a min and told me he was mistaken again and was talking about another tab. When asked what was damage he said the charging port and it would cost $150.. I told him, I would come pick up my device because I didn't trust him and had lied 2 times already. I looked up online how much a charging port cost online it was $6.95 and took me 10mins to change myself and was easy to do. I picked up my tablet he was polite but I have no faith in this company prior to other reviews and pls double check what they tell you.. On a positive note they were polite and nice and told my sorry several times, I just have no faith in there work. (Sorry for the book)
