I would highly recommend Hayden located at the Eastside store for U break I Fix. This location knows what their doing, and the employee referenced above had wonderful active listening skills, excellent knowlege & follow through along with amazing customer service skills. I originally went to the westside store and waited three weeks with promises to get my phone parts in. In order to have my cellphone fixed. After three weeks of waiting and still no parts to fix my phone, I was frustrated and reached out to the Eastside store. Hayden was truly confident and great at what he does. He had the parts to fix my phone and had it repaired with in two hours. It's truly sad yet amazing to see the level of customer service the eastside store has over the westside. Way to go and kudos to the Eastside,the westside could learn alot from your staff and crew Thanks for being great at what you do. Sincerely -Tammy Brogren

Came in with a bizarre, non-warranty, PC problem (They did warranty fix my phone a year or two ago and it was quick and painless) and they were able to narrow the problem down better than I could and got it working. Once I got home, I did the last bit of extra troubleshooting they recommended and they were 100% right. They kept communication open with me about where they were and what they were doing and where they ended up. Very happy with the work.

I dealt with Rusty and the address is 6400 Holly Avenue, Northeast J Albuquerque, New Mexico. Everyone is very professional and kind. Rusty put alot of work into my phone. But unfortunately, this one's going to have to be replaced by Samsung. The other Ubreakifix on 3410 NM-528, Did not have the same standards as this other store. The people were standoffish. They weren't really welcoming and I had ordered the piece there and it never came in, and it never came in, and I won't name the gentleman but he continue to say that the mail was backed up. I really feel it was never ordered, but yet Rusty was able to get the pieces in within 3 days when you go to the Stores make sure that you go to the correct ones. That will give you the customer service that you're asking for and that you deserve. The store on Holly was absolutely amazing, thank you, Rusty. I will return here if need be without question.

I brought my Google pixel 7 in for a warranty screen repair around 6pm on 1/03/25. I am from out of state on holiday in Albuquerque, so having a functioning phone is pretty imperative. The gentleman looked at my phone, told me they don't have time tonight but to bring it in first thing in the morning at 10am and they'll get it fixed. I show up 10am on the dot ready to go. The woman attending the desk now seemed very confused about my issue, looked at my phone for 10 seconds, and told me it was unrepairable because "the frame is bent". This confused me as your employee the previous night said it was an easy fix no problems. She offered to submit a "non-repairable" warranty claim and potentially have a new phone shipped to my address... which I reminded her is not in the same state. She did not seem to be able to grasp this concept. Ultimately I had to purchase a new phone just to function while on my trip, but I wasted my entire morning because of this. And another phone repair store fixed the broken phone no problems when I returned home. Not sure if it was the laziness or incompetence that bothered me more; though it's probably a mix of both. 👎

My mom's phone had a swollen battery that was causing the back of the phone to come off. We talked with Samsung, and they recommended this company to get a battery replacement. We took the phone in late in the afternoon and it was ready by the next morning! Great service, and we were able to get my mom's phone back to her. At her age, learning a new phone would have been tough for her, so this was a great solution!
