Over the top customers service = The Best. They have fixed several issues for me. I had one computer I took to Geek Squad, stood in line for 45 minutes and then when it was my turn, they said they couldn't fix it. I went to Tech505 and had me up and running in a jiffy! DJ is awesome! Will always go back whenever I have some computer issues. Thank again! They're Awesome!

How do I begin, I bought a prebuilt PC from NewEgg. That was the beginning of what would be a big mistake if it wasn’t for these folks over at Tech505. I went in Monday morning and spoke to DJ. He was willing to help me with my issues with my computer saying no bootable devices found. When I was over there he was quickly able to identify the issues with my computer. While I was there he showed me a desktop unlike anything I have ever seen before. This desktop was designed and made by DJ, one of the most knowledgeable individuals in the computer hardware space. His ability and passion about technology and games is what made me purchase the PC they had built and return the prebuilt PC I purchased from NewEgg. Regardless of price, Daniel and DJ have a new customer for life. I will take my behemoth of a PC to them for regular maintenance and tune ups. I would recommend them to everyone and anyone. They truly the type of people we need in this industry and service. Respect and much love to both DJ and Daniel. They truly were a godsend in a time of much darkness for me. Thank you guys for the awesome service and knowledge and I’ll see you guys soon. Do you guys a favor and ditch the online shopping and go to these guys, they will take care of you.

I recently had DJ at Tech505 upgrade the CPU and GPU on my gaming PC, and I couldn't be happier with the results! DJ did an outstanding job, ensuring everything was set up perfectly and running smoothly. Not only was the service top-notch, but the price was also very reasonable.
