Almost every time I shop at Staple’s, the overall experience is pleasant. Most times I am greeted when I enter, asked if I need help (usually), and wished a great day. It’s a rare visit during which I am not smiled at or asked if I need anything else. I stopped going to any other office supply companies. Staple’s makes the most sense.

Placed an EXPRESS print order for postcards and the cost was quite a bit extra but needed them for the next morning before they opened. The order was to be done by 4:30 that day…. However, it was not ready until 10:30 the following day. It put me in a huge panic that night and was very upset because i wouldn’t have them for what they were needed for. The most upsetting part was that there was no communication, if they contacted me to let me know they wouldn’t be ready I could’ve gone somewhere else. When I cancelled the order and explained the reason, they simply did not care nor apologize, Instead they asked me if they should save the postcards, if I would need them for in the future. I stated I could use them another time but but requested a discount and definitely shouldn’t pay the express fee. I was then told that they will just discard them. WOW! They should’ve offered them to me for free or at the very least discounted and not charge me the express fee since they were not expressed but nope, they preferred to throw them away! I’ll add that this was the second time this happened but the last time I walked in right before they closed and wouldn’t leave until they were printed. There won’t be a next time, lost customer. With such poor customer service I wouldn’t be surprised if they soon go out of business.

Staples was very helpful when I was looking for a printer/scanner/copier for the non-profit I work for. The associate was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and I purchased a great HP product. We are very happy with it at the office!

I had a very disappointing experience at this store. The staff were consistently rude, impolite, and unhelpful, making it clear they had no interest in providing good service. On my first visit, I encountered a difficult and unprofessional employee at the copy/print section. Unfortunately, when I returned to pick up my copied notes, I received the same cold and rude treatment from another staff member. This lack of basic courtesy and professionalism is unacceptable. I expected much better service and will think twice before returning.

I ordered same day prints & received an email at 6:01pm saying they were ready to pick up. The email stated that the store was open until 8pm. When I went to get them at 6:30pm, I was met with signs on the door saying they were temporarily closed at 6pm. Apparently it is too difficult for the correct hours to be included in the email, or even a call letting me know the store was closing at 6pm.
