Cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Rafal. He is direct with his diagnostics and recommendations but understanding of constraints you may have. He works with you to make the best choice for you. For my computer he was diligent in working to identify the problem and correct it; even though I delayed while saving up for parts. I would highly recommend and will be back for any computer servicing needs I have in the future. He also assists with tech recycling.

Rafal was amazing to deal with, even though my lack of knowledge of computer back up systems was very evident, he walked me through the whole process and went out of his way to ensure that my data was safe while my laptop screen was being replaced. This along with the excellent pricing he brings to the table leaves no doubt in my mind that I will be returning to him for any of my future repair or upgrades I plan on doing to my desktop.
