Steve was absolutely amazing. Professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. The Geek Squad said it would cost at least $500 to recover data from a damaged external drive. Would take weeks to months. Steve looked at it, did some kind of magic, said not a problem and I had all my data back w/in 24 hours. Plus a new additional external drive w/my recovered data backed up onto that one also! For less than $90! Thank you Steve! You are my new hero!

Steve was incredibly generous with his service in helping me troubleshoot a build across multiple visits to his store. My mom took my laptop here to fix the screen and they burnt the top panel in a spot so now it's easy to take off, they is a gap between one of the hinges, and it doesn't close all they way,. I don't and will not be recommending this place to anyone and I am positive we will not be back.

The guy who picked up the phone was very professional and gave me not only the info I asked for, but told me due to Black Friday and Cyber Monday, I should probably wait. VERY helpful.
