I had a Christmas day accident with my S24, it was sitting on a glass top stove and the wrong burner got turned on. A smoking phone case caugh the cooks attention. The camera got messed up. I came into the store on Thursday. He said he would have to order the part. Said it wouldcome next day. I worked Friday but Saturday I went in and the part was there. Within 2 hours I got a voicemail on my wife's phone stating my phone was ready.

I thought my phone charger was broken and took it in. It turns out the charging port was just dirty and full of lint. Mathew provided great customer service and cleaned it out free of charge to see if that solves the issue instead of just upselling me on something that may not have been needed. The shop is incredibly smart and honest with their work which is hard to find these days. I’ll definitely be bringing them my business with any further electronic issues.
