Two techs came in and set up my 77in LG G3 and my sound system and I could not be more happier. Besides the TV being phenomenal please show me how to operate it and get the best picture and sound from it. Great job guys thank you.

They are ok, but my gosh they are slow, no sense of urgency they can have. A line of people and they are just goofing pff, taking their time not using their time well. They need some supervision and move faster for sure. Worse customer service, I been here waiting for 20 min and no one had said I’ll be right with you. I can hear them laughing in the back.

Very disappointed in the Geek Squad. We took my mother's car in to get a remote start installed. While they installed it correctly, they also stole $80 from her glove compartment box (we confirmed it was in there just before the appointment and missing just after). Best Buy has yet to return my calls or emails to rectify the situation and make sure no one else is taken advantage of. Beware!

I was told that they would be able to help me with my account and devices, however they couldn't. They said that I would have to take it to a real apple store because they don't know how to work on getting the account open which is the only reason we made the appointment. Also we waited 45 minutes before they would see us even tho our appointment was at 5:00 and we were there till 7:00. When it was close to closing the guy decided that he wasn't going to keep trying and that was it. Hope others have a better experience however I'll try and stay away from this geek squad.

My boyfriends niece new phone was having problems and Xavier took care of us while being a gentleman and helped us out without any gimmicks. He made sure to explain what he did and how to update her phone so the glitch doesn't happen again. Great service excellent experience!
