My first time coming here and I was amazed and impressed by the service. Ryan diagnosed my phone and figured out my charger needed replacement. He cleaned out my phone charger port too. If possible I would give them 10 stars! Come here for all your cell phone repair needs!

Had a problem with a PS4 pro not turning on, they were very considerate and very willing to help. Fixed my problem within the day, offered me pictures of the repair, and were very transparent about the price of the repair. The name of the person I spoke with was Ryan, definitely would recommend this place to anyone needing help with a repair.

Ryan at Cell Phone Repair, was most helpful and professional. He cleared my phone and explained how the memory is full ads don't do anything except take you to another app, nothing gets cleared. Ryan removed all unnecessary apps and showed my how I can ck the memory. This was a most pleasant dealings I have had in awhile.

The employees don't really know about phones. Just how to take your money. Took my phone because it wasn't charging, low temps...the guy said it was a bad charger not the phone. So $55 later is was charging then stopped. Went back the next day to swap out the charger port. The guy said they swapped the charger port and battery, still having the same issues. So he charged me a $20 diagnostic fee but did not find the problem. He then tried to sell me a phone...I googled my errors and had more knowledge then him...don't go here and get charged for not doing anything....

Excellent experience. S23 ultra needed to be fixed and I was able to get Samsung screen, NOT aftermarket. It works excellent. Customer service was excellent. Had my phone fixed in 1.5 hours. Thank you!
