Great staff and quick turnaround, but dissatisfied with the quality of parts and work done. Had to have my phone repaired here thru insurance, otherwise I would have gone to ubreakifix across the street. When I received it back, I could get a fingernail between the replaced glass and the actual phone. Back glass isn't glued down all the way, and neither is the screen. When I press on the screen, I can hear the adhesive attach then detach after releasing pressure.

I was able to go through the insurance with my phone company and get my screen and back of phone fixed for a small fee and it was super fast! I remember the last time I had to get my phone fixed with an insurance company, I had to wait to have a replacement sent and then send my phone to get fixed. It's so awesome to see that now you can get it fixed in a store. And this store was super professional, fast, and friendly. Thank you for fixing my phone!

This place is trash. My dad took his phone to get his screen replaced and then a new screen protector. The screen protector was put on crooked to begin with and he went back the very next day to see if they could fix it. However, they ran out of those screen protectors. He’s been waiting around and checking for about a month now today we come in and try to get it replaced and they want to charge him half the price to cover for the warranty Just so they could get their money but we had to put up a fight and they were able to replace his protector at no charge, which was only right. We do not recommend this place to anyone and we will never come back here again. Not to mention the staff is rude and not very knowledgeable!

Scam. These people will straight up lie to you and tell you they got the part for your phone but they really don’t and will waste your time. Be careful one day you’ll end up doing that to the wrong person.
