I don't tend to have many tech issues but when they do occur, the only place I will go to is Computer Corner. I first used them in 2007 and my most recent visit was last month (11/2024) Their staff is incredibly knowledgeable and will get you up and running in no time. They also take the time to talk with, and explain everything to you. I trust them explicitly!

Well I guess it takes a public post to get computer corners attention in a matter that has yet to be resolved. I took a laptop computer into their shop to have the user lock removed because I accidentally locked myself out. Once I got this machine home, I would get booted off the internet every 15 to 30 minutes. And I would have to completely reboot the computer in order to continue. I sent them an email October 31st of this year, 2024, and to this date November 23rd, 2024 not a single word in reply.

Computer Corner was my first choice for a local computer store. The staff was very knowledgeable and accommodating. They reviewed my pc issues and concerns first before making a recommendation for replacement, explaining why they came to this conclusion while allowing me to make my own decison as to what the next step would be. With a much-needed data transfer a must, I opted for their 14" HP laptop for its portability, and am very pleased with my purchase. My new laptop is incredibly fast, and can operate with multiple pages open anywhere in the house without the need for a powercord or cooling pad. I may have paid a little more for my pc vs. going to the big box store or online, but their professionalism made this purchase well worth it. Kudos!
