My son also loved running around the open spaces and people just enjoying his happiness to do so. i Ended up buying him chock and finger paint because of it. i’ll be going back to enjoy the store.

I recently shopped at Staples. The staff were very helpful. The check-out was fast. I had n problem finding the items I went in for. When I asked for the printer ink cartridge, I was taken to the location where it was. The employee actually handed me the correct cartridge. I always receive fast, friendly service.

I needed a cyan inkjet cartridge for my Brother printer that would not print anything until I replaced the cartridge, I went online and found a multi-cartridge set at my local Staples store at a reasonable price. My Staples Rewards account showed that I could get $25 in credit for turning in 10 used inkjet cartridges, so I took them along when I picked up my order. The customer service rep, "Rain", in the store helped me to log into my rewards account so I could get the $25 credit. She went above and beyond my expectations to get me the best deal. Somehow, I ended up with $30 in rewards so I was quite happy with my Staples experience.

DONT USE THEIR SHIPPING! They don't know their own policies and expect the customer to know how to do everything. Attempting to ship items for my family out to Hawaii and the shipping department at Staples was trying to get through every customer as fast as possible. They incorrectly labeled my package and never told me that the items could not be shipped via UPS due to the lithium ion batteries. I wasted $97 to ship items to CA and back to me and they never made it to their destination in Hawaii all due to the package being "improperly labeled" despite having the sticker on the side annotating lithium Ion batteries. Calling customer service and they state that is not the responsibility of Staples to assist customers in knowing the shipping policies that they offer. That the customer must know EVERYTHING about how and what to ship through them. They will not be refunding anything even though I did, what I thought, what was required of me to ship items through them. Going forward I will NEVER be utilizing their shipping department as they have a complete lack of understanding of their own shipping policies and expect the customer to know that.
