This Place used to be Awesome!!!!!!!! However Ginny The older asian woman who Owned this location Retired she gave the Business to a Fella by the name of Robert In cinnaminson Who turned out to be a Thief and a real piece of Trash He stole a Laptop that was left With Ginny Before she closed And I now have no way of reaching her or Her old Technician JOSH!!!! they made an awesome Team.... I would Use Geek Squad Before I would Use CPS Ever Again!!!!! I hope Ginny Enjoys Retirement....

Honestly built alot of simple rigs myself but nothing like what these people do. I forget the gentleman's name that helped me the past two times but he's great and so patient with me. I know my share but he's been great haveme a motherboard to swap out my old one with ram and cpu already. Wow what a difference. Now today u traded the old motherboard and a few things toward a SSD for my sons laptop. He's amazed itd so quick. Hoping to get to the store to get 16 more gb of matching ram if possible. If not ill just order but regardless this store is tip notch. Every single employee is so courteous and respectful. One of the best experiences I ever had in a computer store. I been to quite a few and one being in Mt.Ephriam/Audubon. He just does everything possible to ovwr sell and rip u off on even old stuff and nevermind. Long story short GO HERE SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESS! IF you live far car pool with your friends or family computer peeps and take the ride. They're wonderful its worth it.

CPS computer told me they couldn't fix my computer then tried to sell me a new one that used my HDD optical drive and power supply. I told them no thank you got my computer back. I then went online found out what I would need and fixed myself for 30$. So basically the repairman was either not capable of doing the work (which is highly unlikely since I could do it) or he thought I was a sucker and tried to fleece me for a bunch of money and then probably turned around and fixed my old PC and kept it for the I7 processor or sold it down the road. Either way this business tried to cheat me and I don't appreciate that. I suggest that no one shops here or they may try to rip you off too.

Ever since PCS closed I was worried that I'd never find another place committed to excellence in product and customer service...that is until I found CPS! It's ironic that it's just a change of letters but the folks here are incredibly nice and amazingly skilled at what they do. I highly recommend CPS for any and all computer needs.

Do not go here. Horrible customer service. Dropped off a home theater feb 7 was told it can be fixed, nothing but the run around excuse after excuse why it wasn't fixed yet only..sorry we haven't had time too fix it. After multiple visits and phone calls on the progress..i finally had enough. Picked it up April 28 told the lady i want my system back. Still not worked on and in the case i left it in. untouched!! Thanks for wasting my time!! Like i said horrible customer service and feedback!!
