When my computer case started cracking, I ordered a new case to replace it as I am a certified comp TIA A+ technician. I use my computer for work in a local hospital in the Health information Management department. It is vital that I have my computer every day for work. I injured my right hand and I was unable to install the case myself luckily I found computer fixx . Rob absolutely Positively knows what he is doingand I can attest to that with my certification! He came to my home picked up the computer which was a lifesaver because I cannot drive after having a motor vehicle accident. He had my computer for only a weekend day, which helped me immensely not miss any work. He repaired my computer, including an unforeseen technicality from damage, sustained by the cracked case he ordered me a part “at cost” and installed it after giving me the option. I absolutely recommend anyone who needs computer repair work call Computer Fixx for any of their IT needs. In addition, I would just like to say Rob went the extra mile by giving me an estimate over the phone which no other IT provider I found online was willing to do. He also gave me a timeframe in which he could get the computer back to me. I can’t say enough, good things about his professionalism and business.
