uBreakiFix - Phone and Computer Repair

I cracked the screen on my iPad Mini 5 and took it to the uBreakiFix in Westwood, NJ. I was greeted by Matt, a very professional, knowledgeable and friendly representative. He explained the process, told me how long it would take to repair and what the cost was. The cost was more than I anticipated, but Matt worked with me to make it more reasonable. I hope that I won't need their services in the future, but if I do, I know where to go. Great Job, thank you!

Performance of the repair was perfect. Where my 2 star review comes in is due to communication. I was quoted 1 week for them to order the USB-C charge port for my tablet and the overall repair. When I used the website to check on the tracking of the repair the day prior it stated it had not even begun. I tried calling the store and was immediately hung up on. As in F-U- buttoned. I then tried the following day (supposed day the repair should be completed), same exact thing. Hung up on. I then called the corporate number and they were able to connect with them and was told "it's just busy". The repair ended up being done on the correct day only 7 hours after the proposed time. I got a text message from the store stating it was complete and I could reply to the text for any questions, I replied and zero response. The face to face interaction is fine but any communication during the wait period seems to be lack luster at best. Would like to see this improved because it's nice having this type of store and service available in my neighborhood.

I came into the Westwood location to get my son's iPhone fixed and was greeted by an associate by the name of Matt. After being quoted from another location that it would take an hour to have my phone fixed, Matt assured me that he would have me in and out in 15 minutes and in enough time to beat rush hour traffic back home. Matt lived up to those expectations and then some. This is my first experience with this company and Matt made it one of the best experiences a customer could ask for. He's very professional and knowledgeable on all products that this company has to offer. If you're looking for good quality service, go visit Matt at the Westwood location. You won't be disappointed. I went in today for a screen repair. My phone was showing a bunch of lines on the screen after i dropped it. I explained it to Matt the man who fixed my phone. He was so helpful and pleasant! He got my phone fixed in 10 minutes! It was so quick! Thank you Matt!

I scheduled an appointment to repair my iphone screen. The service contact Matt looked at my phone and found that my screen protector was the only thing damaged. Matt cleaned and put on a new protector and I was out of there in 10 minutes. Really great customer relations and support. He was knowledgable, professional and personable. Highly recommend.
